Please inspect ALL rolls within 15 days after receiving our product and BEFORE you start pasting your wall. Wallpapers eligible for return should be rolled back and shipped into original packaging with no damages or rips. We do not accept wallpapers that were already pasted and taken off the wall. As we are new technology, some usual massive wallpaper pasting experience does not apply - therefore, we will not accept wallpapers, if the instruction we have provided wasn’t followed. We are not responsible for your mason’s work, nor we will brief them over the mail or phone. Returns are possible with certain conditions. We offer quick and easy 'Paste the Wall' application, it may be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Absolutely count on that. If you're not sure about the dimensions, if your wall is higher than 280 cm, or your kid's bed will hide the main part of our Wallpaper Art , before you place an order, drop us an email with your wall dimensions or any other special request and we will help you. Once you place an order, we can adjust our Art according to your needs, and first two adjustments are on the house (yes, free)! :)
This wallpaper is printed digitally on a PVC Free paper of the highest quality. For printing our amazing sparkly colors, we are using the water-based latex inks and combine with the structure our pioneer technology offers.
The finish is always Matte with smooth structured texture, you could feel under your fingers and the joining of the lanes is not superimposed, but aligned side by side. Thanks to the pioneering wide format high definition 3D printing technology, we deliver up to 1.5mm depth structure on paper.
We offer three types of paper:
1. Matte - has some reflection, and feels like plastic under your hands, it offers more vivid colors. Don’t let it confuse you, we are 100% paper.
2. Suede - has almost none reflection and feels like velvet under fingers. It’s great for lighter 3D Wallpapers from our collection.
3. Pearl - has strong shine and shines, well like a pearl. It is great for printing 3D Wallpapers with light colors, especially featuring Under water images, magical creatures, or the sky.
All of our 3D wallpapers are tested by ECO Institut. AgBB Approved, A+, Wall Pasting, Extra Durable, PVC-Free. We recommend using Massive-Wallpapers adhesive for pasting our 3D Wallpapers. Dirt and some domestic water based stains may be cleaned off the wallcovering with a damp cloth.
